Regarding the Carbon Filter HD30 for NA Water, which is used to remove residual chlorine and impurities from tap water, it turned out that the Carbon Filter HD30, which was shipped after specification changes in late November of last year for NA Water accessories and the ones that have been sold individually since the beginning of February of this year, contain something that raises the pH value in the initial stage of use. In the case of tap water from Niigata City, where the ADA headquarters is located, the pH value rises in the initial stage of water flow as shown in the graph below, and it has been confirmed that the pH value returns to normal after approximately 300 liters of water flow. We apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause.

*Even the normal Carbon Filter HD30 is not a product to lower the pH value of tap water.

Please check the cartridge photo below, and if you are using the relevant product, we will take the following measures.

(Replacement)
If you have already used a certain amount (300 liters of water flow or more) of the product, the pH value will not go high, but if you wish to replace it, we will replace it through our distributor. It will take up to two months to prepare a replacement product. When the replacement product is ready, we will inform you about the replacement through the distributor.

The pH value rises only in the initial stage of water flow, so if the rise has already subsided, there is no problem using the product as it is. If you are in a hurry to use the product, you can measure the pH value of the treated water after draining about 300 liters of water from the initial stage of water flow, and if there are no problems, you can use the product. If you have any questions, please contact your local distributor.
